The Community Partnership Enhancement Fund (CPEF) is designed to strengthen partnerships between the Child and Family Services Authority (CFSA) and Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) and their partners.  These organizations work together to:

• Enhance community based preventive approaches to support children, youth and families at risk of child abuse and neglect; and
• Reduce the likelihood of future abuse and neglect.
